Does anyone have any experience using a K&R Procube delay box? I'm looking at installing either one of these or a Biondo Mega450 in the race car I'm building. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated, thanks.

I have a KR cube and love it. Its simple to use and the toggle switches make it easy to use with gloves on. Its been in my car for two years now and i have not had any issues with it at all.

I have one also. Love it. Very quick and easy to make last second changes and I don't have to get out the manual to "relearn" the box in the spring when racing season kicks off.

I also have the "cube" and agree with the above statements.

I mostly run Super Gas and when the tech inspectors see I have the K&R box they don't waste time looking at any of my wiring.

the tach wire is legal(nhra) on the mega 450 box now, not sure if it needs to be routed separate or not.

I have used biondo and dedenbear and now have a pro cube in the charger. It's the only box I'll ever use now.

I have put a many K&R boxes in cars when I was building race cars. Very simple hook up and if you are using the K&R wiring and switch panel its even easier. Great product and if I was going to build a delay box car the only choice in my opinion.

Back in the swing of things at Painless again! Great to be back!

Doing a quick search, there is about 5 or 6 different models... which one do you all prefer?

Biondo 450 here for me. Easy to use, the tach wiring is now allowed so you can get some easy data logging which is a very nice option. Especially if you are running a .90 program.

choose the one you need. basically the same box just different features mostly timers.

i've used dedenbear, biondo (digital delay) and K&R. they're all good products with pros and cons use what you like

Can you clarify what that means? I know that the year I bought my box I could not run a wire from the msd to the delay box so I had to use an external rpm box to fire the shifter.

Is that what you are referring to? How does that apply to a data logger?

running the tach wire from the msd to the delay box enables the delay box to record rpm of the whole run, you can see your shift point and converter info
