hi guy's i am having problems with my 94 ram 1500 360 v8, bout 3 months back it started stalling intermittently half the time it would start back up,other times it just cranks over, and i could smell fuel. if it sits 15 or 20 mins it usually starts back up. in the last 5 or 6 months i have replaced the fuel pump<low pressure> coil and coil wire, full tune up, camshaft position sensor, auto shut down relay, crankshaft position sensor, battery, battery cables, common grounds, fuel pump relay. any help would be appreciated.

I bet the EGR valve is dirty/sticking. Pop the EGR valve off and see if it carboned up or sticking open. They will cause the vehicle to stall. They can be cleaned with a little carb cleaner and a pocket screwdriver to scrape off the tough carbon. Use the carb cleaner to clean and wipe out the throttle body bores and IAC passage while you are at it.

well i swapped out the 6 month old coil with a new one, and so far no more stalling. i could have gotten a bad one right outta the box 6 months back. i will no more in a week or so, keeping my fingers crossed
