hi guy's i am having problems with my 94 ram 1500 360 v8, bout 3 months back it started stalling intermittently half the time it would start back up,other times it just cranks over, and i could smell fuel. if it sits 15 or 20 mins it usually starts back up. in the last 5 or 6 months i have replaced the fuel pump<low pressure> coil and coil wire, full tune up, camshaft position sensor, auto shut down relay, crankshaft position sensor, battery, battery cables, common grounds, fuel pump relay. any help would be appreciated.
Pop the EGR valve off and see if it carboned up or sticking open. They will cause the vehicle to stall. They can be cleaned with a little carb cleaner and a pocket screwdriver to scrape off the tough carbon. Use the carb cleaner to clean and wipe out the throttle body bores and IAC passage while you are at it.
