Does anyone know how much the TRW L2355F six pak pistons weigh? I can't seem to find a weight for them or the 440 source pistons (part# 4000). .030 over 440 Ross pistons appear to be 647-658 grams depending on what you select.
I am just curious how much of a weight difference there would be between the Ross and the TRWs...and how the 440 source pistons would compare.

Hmm...thinking about putting in 440 source h-beam rods and pistons when I freshen up the 440 later this year. Right now i have stock rods and the TRW L2355F pistons.

I know it is not exact the same piston, but I got the domed version inside (2295, .30 over) and the pin should be the same. It weights 190,4g (average weight of all 8) and it was measured with a 3000$ lab scale. The piston was 807g (in average) the snap ring was 5,6g (in average).

The Domed TRW's were supplied with a thinner wall pin to keep the total weight close to the stock piston weight.
