I wanted the tires all the same size so I can rotate the tires. I have two new 255/60/15 that I was thinking of using. Maybe 225/70/15 as they are 27" tall.

Snafu 8" wheels are to wide for most 60 series tires. But took the truck for a drive and it was fun!

Nope. 275/60 calls for 10" (correction 9.5" for 17" Rims but summit only lists 2 tires) An easy way to see what width rims a tire calls for is go to summitracing.com and search the size you want, click on it and read the specs. Same with tirerack.com but when you click specs it gives a list of that tire in diff sizes aswell Summit you can also choose max widths etc in your search Heres a start http://www.summitracing.com/search/depar...e/passenger-car

I like the looks of them on the car,I would run it. when rickster put the 29x15x15 under his truck with the truck axle he used a 10 rim with 7.5 BS. remember on my truck I have the A-body 8 3/4 and use a 12" wide rim with a 4.5 BS. I wonder if a 12" wide rim with the 7.5 will fit? going back to stock springs on mine raised the rear wheelwell a few inches above the tire,so it "could" sick out the fender lip a little with no problems.

SNAFU fixed they sent me 7" wheels so the tire selection is easier now!
