CharlieB OP pro stock Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 1,301 Edgartown, MA/ Greene, ME	I've got a slight leak at my valve cover gasket (1969 383 HP). Looking at a felpro set. What material cork/rubber and thickness or brand do you recommend? Thanks in advance

Triggerfish top fuel T Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 1,954 Blairsden, CA	I just went thru problem on my 70 383. First, make sure your covers are straight & bolt holes aren't pushed in allowing leaks. I used the Felpro cork/rubber (1610 I think?) gaskets & finally switched covers to MT diecast aluminum ones & got the Moroso Perm-Align #93055 rubber & steel gaskets. Expensive at $38, but they did the trick.
