This disc brake conversion uses 11-3/4" x 1.25 thick rotors and Wilwoods big 6-piston Superlite Caliper. Mounts directly to Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth B or E- body drum brake spindles and uses 11-3/4" diameter rotors. Includes bearings, seals, wheel studs, mounting brackets, rotor adapters, and hubs. Other options include 4-piston Superlite or four piston Narrow Mount Dynalite Calipers, light weight master cylinder, proportioning valve, and residual valve.

Nice caliper, but the only thing I dont like is the alum hub with no real center register. I'm not sure how you are supposed to make hub centric wheels with that..

I agree, the hub looks to tapered to offer a solid fit.

Looks like a Wilwood oval track kit. 11.75x1.25 is a popular circle track set up. Check with them (wilwood)as you may be able to find the kit with the part numbers, which will allow you to slowly piece it together. For that matter, anyone who sells Wilwood retail can probably get you a better price than Magnumforce. While your at it, you might be able to substitute the rotors for 12.19 units to gain a bit more leverage.

Since most oval track cars us 1" lug nuts with a 45* seat taper (most street lugs use 60*) and go through regular maintanence inspections, hub centricity isn't a big issue with them.

Most custom wheel makers can now machine the register for a wilwood hub.

11.75 will fit almost any 15" wheel. That is why the factory went with it. The 12.19 will fit inside some, but not all, 15" wheels, depending on where and how much step is in the hoop. 12.19x1.25 is what the nascar boys are running. Since Wilwood kits are designed with somewhat modular hats and rotors, you can alter rotor diameter, thickness, and offset. Depending on the design of the kit, you may also be able to swap between 4 and 6 piston set ups.

You can bolt a Wilwood caliper directly on the factory 11.75 rotor. I started selling the brackets for that swap more than 10 years ago.

Be careful with those. Even quality drilled rotors are known to crack between the holes. If the car isn't raced/inspected regularly, we suggest to stick with solid rotors.

If the car isn't raced, I doubt you will crack drilled rotors.

I see those every week at the local circle track. Seen them crack too, but under racing conditions. I feel your "passion" I have the same issues, always looking to loose weight on the car, but sometimes race car parts are best left on race cars? Brakes on the street is no place to ride the fine line IMO. Too much is at stake. IMO same with the aluminum hubs.... great on a drag car but no way I would ever run them on the street. But again that's just my opinion, and I'm no "expert" ?

yeah i was joking when i posted the scalloped rotor....i know those fail..but i am liking the drilled...i think those would do fine for my driving style....and if crack..the rotors are pretty affordable in this size....

Yes, the Wilwood adapters work with any spindle that accepts an 11.75 rotor. A/B/E/FMJ knuckles will all work.
