Any parts store that makes HYD, lines can make what you need, just supply the thread size, line length, etc...you could also go to McMaster Carr com, they can supply just about any line you need, made to your specs

i need to purchase a flexible hydraulic line for my Keisler throwout bearing. Keisler only supplies a hard line from the bearing out which is converted to a flexible line.
My hydraulic bearings, including Keisler, came with braided flex lines which I then hard lined to my M/C.
That aside, making braided flex lines using AN fittings is easy. Just Google it.

On the throw out side...could you use one of these.. http://www.anplumbing.com/search/index?search_text=305-03M121and use an AN hose with a 90 degree fitting on the end? (Or no room for that even?) There is a really good local hose place here that would be able to whip you something up I bet, TMR in the city of Orange...just not sure if they do mail order or not? Might be a worth a call to them if you have no other luck else where at least.
