Great Looking ride there. Looks like a lot of fun.
Just curious, why all steel except for the hood?

Nobody makes parts for these cars...I guess because they make carbon/fiberglass bodies for Pro Stock?

Unless someone knows of a company that does I am unaware of anyone that makes parts for them.

Doors would be my best investment right now, they are about 40lb each after ALOT of work...

Forest, the car looks great I was getting some photos off my old.computer and seen the stratus when you had the floors cut out. You definitely are a stickler for attention to detail. I thought vfn or someone made f/g doors.... no interchange with the avenger? Keep us posted.

96 Degrees? I can't wait till it gets that cool in the daytime here. It was 95 in my garage w/ my(undersized) A/C hammering away. 104 outside.

That is one fantastic looking car. It seems you settle for nothing less than perfection.

Yeah, it's got a smallblock.

Finished the doors today. All the tin from the wheel tubs forward is done. Just gotta build a rear firewall and trunk tin. Then I can start on wiring and fire it up.

Gutted factory doors, driverside is on pins for easy removal.

Nice car

You mentioned awhile back body mounting hoops are mounted in "pinch welds"? Care to explain that term?
