684 to the wheels?? and It looks like that is a 3rd Gen. Hemi build you got there correct???

converter seems to pull the motor down pretty good.....tried a bigger or no filter to see what you may be leaving on the table?

I would duct the air intake to the front of the radiator yoke to try and get a bit cooler air... being its not running a inner cooler
