Dyno numbers are in! - 06/18/12 06:23 PM

The car did what I expected it to do. Max HP 684 MAx TQ 547 my PTC TQ might be a little loose for this combo. It seems to be flashing at around 4500.

One of my most favorite cars ever! Can't wait to see the MPH that thing runs in the 1/4.

converter seems to pull the motor down pretty good.....tried a bigger or no filter to see what you may be leaving on the table?

I would duct the air intake to the front of the radiator
yoke to try and get a bit cooler air... being its not
running a inner cooler

It does have an intercooler.

I didnt see it.... but I would still run the inlet
out front.. cooler air is always better

With a 3.50 gear ratio,if you break the tires loose you will have your hands full!
Thanks for sharing the info, pretty impressive!
Please keep us posted.

Why do you say that about the 3.50 gears? I figured if I brake them loose with any gr I will have my hands full...

Just going back to when I have had a car with gearing like that. Once you break them loose they seem to spin forever. But when you have a car with a lot of gear, the tire speed catches the engine speed and recovers better. Similar to trying to do a burnout with an old truck with grannie geared low. It just likes to launch.

You might want to go 1/4 mile to give it room to hook up! Seriously, this car is going to be an animal. Very cool. Having a blown street car with a twinscrew blower is more fun than the day the hogs ate grandma!

What the hell does that mean?

Is that a good thing?

Awesome build by the way!
