My pile weighs 3320 ish with a 470 low deck 295 ez heads and has comp 620 lift with 1.6 rockers and runs bottom tens, 650 lift should be plenty.

Try the old isky 616-590 grind, it's not in there catalogs anymore but they will grind it for you I think it is around 280@.050 with .616 gross lift on the intake and .590 gross lift on the exhaust side Better than the Mopar 590 grind

To run 10.00 on a 100 degree day would require over 650 hp off the dyno, or there abouts. The biggest flat tappet that will work in your motor and converter combo is the direction I would head. Unported heads that are basically cleaned up will need plenty of cam to compensate. My 499 with cleaned up -1 heads at 3,000 lbs would go 9.50s with a .717 lift roller of 283/290/110 duration. You have a little less head, and want to run a flat tappet, in air that will cost you two tenths over what I ran in.
