I plan to run an HEI module on my mopar electronic distributor. Came up with a creative place to put it.
It will look odd, since I plan to use the solidstate regulator to run the alternator, but the strange looks will be worth it.
I used to care but....... things have changed

Second pic. If you remove all the mechanical regulator stuff, one mounting hole and one locating hole line up. I ground the other locating tab and drilled one hole. Some dielectric grease, and if warranted an aluminum plate, and its out of sight.
(hopefully this is in the right forum this time)

a second voltage regulator?? not sure that looks right. why not gut a normal ecu and wire it to the pins and use the stock electronic style plug.. even this little bracket http://www.designed2drive.com/ would look a lot cleaner then a second regulator.

why don't you make what Don's at FBO is making with the "Brand new "Mopar" Ecu module"?. Find some old ECU, remove the inners and fit inside the HEI, module, using the stock 5 pins ECU plug
