Interesting about the pre-filter. Quite a few people recommended it to, ironically... SAVE my pump! Looks like a simple thing to try. I thought it might be causing a restriction, but with the sump, gravity feed, and thick line....and I know the wiring is better than needed...I figured it was overkill already.
