We haven't seen 3rd gen hemis cheap around here.
A computer and harness will be ~1500 or so. Add in the gas pedal for the throttle by wire.

There are a bunch of threads out there on these swaps. Some here, and others over the 'net. I'd suggest searching for them and having a notebook nearby. Plenty of info, but it changes daily and lots of different opinions and budgets too.
