I like the points RodStRace raised, but want to stress out this particular one:
WIDTH!!!
You have to make sure that if you increase the doghouse width, you will still have room for the seats. The seats are right on the doghouse. Be sure to measure this before you commit. There's no real room to move the seats outwards.

If it works, be sure to let us all know, the future is in the Gen III Hemis, but we want to know if they fit
