Don't see why not with enough time, effort and planning.
The big stuff I can think of off the top of my head are;
Width - the Hemi is wider than a small block, so this will require doghouse modifications and keeping an eye on airflow, since all radiator and engine cooling air flows through here. If you keep the stock computer and thermostat, things could get hot in a bad way. Modern engines run at over 200, the old engine ran at 160-190. The new wiring should be able to handle it, but I doubt the doghouse insulation will.
Length - The fan to the bellhousing should work, but the transmission on the 100s was a shorty. The driveshaft was also short.
Are you also planning on brakes?
What about a suspension upgrade?
If you are doing a full-on update, you could go with an IRS and solve the trans/driveshart issue, since the diff stays in one place.
