I had a Duralast that was a dud. Chinese made, and died after 4 years. OK service I guess, but I usually get much more. Many of the batteries are made overseas now.

The last batteries I bought were Deka/East Penn that I bought for my van and another for my travel trailer. They are (or were a year or so ago) made in the USA, and have done well so far (but that's not very long). The one for the van came through the repair shop I use, and one for the trailer I bought at Murays/O'Reillys auto parts.
