I recently designed a kit that uses radial mount Wilwood calipers. These calipers have weather seals on the pistons and the radial mounting is more rigid than the ear mounts. But the radial mount calipers are a lot more expensive than the older ear mounts so this new kit hasn't been very popular. It is what I'd use on my car if I was going this way, but the price point seems to keep people from buying it.
Andy, I am curious as to why you recommend the radial mount kit for this street/strip application when you note on your website that the radial mount kit is not recommended for street use?
