T/A - Thanks!!! That was my thought then use bedliner, lizard skin, etc. I may attempt to get the floor out of that 4 door. It's been pretty picked over and the dash pretty much destroyed. My biggest issue is the spot welds along the sides. I think I could just drill through all the spotwelds with a regular bit but I'm not sure how the sides of the pan are welded in. I guess I could cut the rocker if it came down to it. The car has great frame rails, inner fenders, etc but it is a 4 door and WILL go to the crusher.



I pulled the floor out of a 4 door for my 68 Sport Satellite 'vert years ago , just get a 1/8" and 3/8" drill bit and a center punch , center punch all the holes and predrill with the 1/8" all the way thru , there are A LOT of spot welds so get a few bits of each size and drill away , use a chisel or long flat blade screwdriver of pop the ones that you didn't get exactly on center and sawsall the seam at the firewall thru the firewall.
