what makes me wonder here, is...what's wrong with the padding INSIDE the helmets, that you must have padding OUTSIDE the helmets?


I totally understand the need for safety. People can and do die on the track, and there's no reason to cut corners on safety.

but, some of these rules makes me glad that I'll never have anything that fast!
