I'm not sure how much different your wheel well is on your car vs. a 69 Dart, but.....
My 69 Dart with a stock width 8.75", stock wheel well and spring location could fit a 15x7" Ramcharger wheel perfectly. Some wheel companies still carry them. I got mine for $45 a piece 6-8 years ago. A dog dish hubcap will cover 3" wheel studs too
Adam what size tire is that on the back of your car...????? I have done a ton of measuring and can actually get a 15" x 8" rim in there with a 4.675 b/s

There's a guy up in PA that can make 15x8 steelies in any backspace you want. I had them on the Fury, cost $65 each, IIRC.
Kevin I wonder if he can do a 5on4 bolt circle in a 15x8...????? Any contact info....?????
