Im not trying to argue either. Car dont belong to me, its my brother in laws and he is 17 and dont make squat.

With the slant six introduced in 1960 in two versions, a 101 hp, 170 cu.in and a 145hp, 225 cu. in. version, the slant six built its reputation for performance and reliability.

Hyper-Pak specs:
•Overhead valve. Cast iron block.
•Compression ratio: 11.5:1 (225), 10.5:1 (170)
•Brake hp: 195 at 5200 rpm (225), 148 (170)

The Magnum versions, with multiple-port injection, were rated at 180 hp. Torque jumped from 195 to 220 lb-ft as well

You can get a bigger trottle body and injectors but Im sure he can find a Dakota for Under $600 and the weight difference is Valiant 2750# and a regular cab shortbed Dakota is 3042#. Wich would improve milage imo. He might not ever do it so dont plan on a build post.Plus he dont have the skills needed but I think I might If he does go through with it Ill deff post about it.
