Best approach is to use the late model FMJ calipers which are designed to be rear hung. Then it is easy to buy a hose that works. When you use the wrong calipers the inlet points the wrong direction and the hose has to loop around.

If you want to use the A body calipers then move the hard line connection to the front so the line crosses over the suspension. That is the way the factory did it on the late B body cars.
