My old 383 was very similar to yours, with a little more converter and gear. It ran 13.7's at 101 in a B-Body on street tires, and I was pretty happy with that. I'm in the Seattle area, with little / no altitude. I don't know what the altitude will do to ya, but I would think mid/low 14's should be do-able.
