I wonder how many people chamfer the hole before they assemble them?

I wonder how many put extreme pressure assembly lube in the cups when assembling motor, & how many actually get the length CORRECT so that the rockers quirt oil into the cups when running, (rather than hitting side or missing cups due to too long or too short) is better question.

The ones making them live....well I suspect they are doing things "correctly" The ones not having them live..... well.... you can figure that out for yourself.

Those ICH P rods are fine for mild applications (Hyd FT, Solid FT, Hyd Roller/Small Solid roller) Other than that, they are just inferior materials/wall thickness for large solid roller use. Will they live in some big roller apps? Certainly if everything is right, but you're leaving some power on table with deflection, especially in a BB/Hemi with a foot long P rod.
