I don't agree with that assessment. Most failures are a result of inferior labour surrounding the part. Things like galled ends... recieved no oil. So do you blame the pushrod? My rockers weren't grooved for pushrod oiling. So instead of putting it together and waiting for it to all blow apart, I took the responsibility to groove them, so I wouldn't be pointing false fingers at indy, claiming everything they make is junk.
Its weird that Bob George has built more of these than all the individuals put together and has no failures.....
