Progress has been a little slower that what I would like. I'm hoping to make some leaps and bounds this weekend.

The 400 in my daily driver truck decided that it was getting pretty tired so it was time to buld an engine for it. It had 14 psi in one cylinder and 19 psi in another. My best cylinder was 60 psi! Anyways, I picked up a 54,000 mile 440 but unfortunately after it was pulled from the donor vehicle, it sat outside and water ran down through the carb into a couple of the cylinders. I pulled it apart and took it over to the machine shop yesterday for a cleaning and honing.

As far as the Hemi, I dialed in the bellhousing yesterday and have been sorting through all of my hardware and brackets getting things ready.
