There are a few guys that are pretty good at Holley rebuilds, and sell on Ebag. I just got an 830DP from this guy that looks real good. All vibratory cleaned & polished. Assembled with quality parts & gaskets. And at an unbeatable price. Used parts are sometimes a gamble, but I like what I got for the money with this guy.

For a mild street 440, I'd look for a good 750 V.S. 3310 or 80508 list carb.
