I have heard that Holleys tend to need tuning alot, or is that a "old Wives tale".

I am mechanically inclined and I have been known to mess around a lot with mechanical stuff.

Also, what about the 800 Eddy?

I do like the price of the 750 Holley. Brand new for about $250.

There alot of new / nearly new 750's out there for around $125-175 so that helps.
