'85 is the first year for roller cams in 318's (cars only)

318 trucks got the roller block, but used flat tappets until they switched to TBI ('88). 360's didn't go roller until '89.

the 318's flywheel will need to be balanced to 360 specs

IIRC if the crank isn't drilled for a pilot bushing, there's a pilot bushing you can buy that fits in the converter register, not sure if you then need to cut a little off the tranny input shaft or not.

and you can reuse your drivers side 318 mount, since the ears are narrower than on the 360, you may need longer bolts, and will need to stack ~ 3/8" worth of washers to make up the difference.
