That statement almost sounds like "cop speak", .....the OP's guilty till "proven" innocent,.....
like I said in my posts, it's none of our business what he's doing with them.......he requires them,they are like any other part of the car, just a fastner,.....end of story
Just for s4it$ and giggles, I have my own tool die to strike "roset" style VIN rivets,....dose that make me a counterfeiter
