I'm test fitting stuff on my 70 Challenger and was wondering what's this hole for? It's in the windshield channel on the bottom. There's one on each side of the car. They appear to get covered by the windshield spacing blocks. Is it just for drainage? Hole is marked with RED arrow in pics.
