and your side loading the adjuster and I'm surprised
you havent broke them by now
They do have the oil hole underneath the tip, no holes in the adjuster itself. I can tell the rockers are being side loaded by the wear pattern inside of the rockers. So, will the adjusters being too far out, cause the cup to not be oiled properly?
 Geometry is wrong!Rockers are covering oil supply orifice.You need longer pushrods.  What lifters are you using?Can you add pushrod oiling??    
HEMI-ITIS has no cure.
