I don't know how you're supposed to prove you're going someplace essential short of keeping groceries in the car. I have a travel paper for work but won't do me any good Sunday afternoon. Around here the auto parts and home improvement stores are open and you can go in. Be interesting when they try to enforce it like other parts of the country.
