I think my combo is pretty mild and simple yet runs good for a heavy car.
11:1 pump gas 572" hemi w/ cnc ported MP heads, Dwayne Porter spec'd solid roller that's very mild and easy on parts, single 4500 manifold, 727 and a 4.10 Dana on leaf springs = 9.50s at 140 mph at 3800 lbs.
Ran it NA for about 8 years or so before getting bored and decided to spray it. Now well into the 8s w/ a plate kit.
Ran it 1/8 mile this past weekend and went a new best...doing the math it would have easily been an 8.8x pass.
