I agree with the 572” plan........ as long as the block being used is suitable for it.
If you didn’t want to max out the bores at 4.500” the first go around, then I’d do a 4.440 bore x 4.50 stroke and build a 557”.

If you’re going to use a small bore block, I’d probably go with the 4.25 stroke(489/496).
