My buddy has a beautiful Duster factory block big block Mopar that has dipped into the 9.70’s and street driven often. Nothing unusual for the Pittsburgh area but this one has Mopar stage 5 or 6 heads on it. It’s not a gutting down piece and although it’s not a B body some guys make this harder than it is. Lots of good Mopar parts out there now
