Shoot for a weight to power ratio of 5:1 and you'll have enough on tap to run the number if you can hook it up. So 700 hp in a 3500 lb car will do the trick if you can get the power to the ground. It should not be hard to make 700 streetable HP with a stroked Hemi. A 528 with an Edelbrock top end and a modest street roller should easily top 700 hp. If I was building the car I'd use dual Holley Sniper throttle bodies on there just to make it easier to tune. Plus the internal data logging is always a plus when you're trying to sort out a combo with a lot of power. The Sniper also has built in launch control (timing retard) which might come in handy when you try to put the power down.
