Most, if not all, tubular upper control arms are built with additional caster in them. The only real advantage of the MF double adjustable is they can be adjusted on the car without taking them apart. If you buy heim ended arms, you should be able to rough in extra caster over stock prior to assembly and use the eccentrics to finalize it. Once its set, you likely won't be changing it regularly anyway.

But, you could look also at SPC if you want the on car adjustability.
