Time for a group hug. You won’t find a stronger proponent for turbos than I, but .... If I were building a bracket car, it would be either N/A and light,(choice #1) or turboed and heavy (choice #2)
A turbo car that is light and at its limits will repeat easier than that same car turned way down to meet an index.
