Hello Diego, yes, looks like there are some consensus here. I need new tires 28x10.5 and some work with the rear shocks to solve that bounce. Additionally will work to change that 3speed to an automatic transmission. Loosing to much time between gear changes with this transmission....

The root of your problem is clutch control. Hard hitting clutches require more shock control to prevent a bounce. If you soften the hit of that clutch, there's a good chance that you won't need you won't need new shocks or new tires. Add something like the ClutchTamer to control that hit and you will want to upgrade to a 4spd instead of an automatic.
