You need a better burn out, and higher launch rpm. Try 3,500, then 4,000. What weight flywheel did you put in. If you already have a 30 lb. wheel, a rag disc will help soften the impact and let the engine stay at a slightly higher rpm. You don't have enough engine to require a ceramic clutch. I'm guessing once you get the launch rpm right, you will find out that you need the higher ladder bar setting. I didn't notice any real separation.
