I had the exact opposite experience with my old pump gas Duster, it would spin the snot out of the M/T ET Street radials on the street, on a decent to good track they where faster than the same size ET Street bias ply where up
On the street the bias ply tires where a lot easier to hook and wouldn't bust loose in high gear like the radials would work shruggy
That 518 C.I. 400 stroker Indy headed motor made a tad bit above 725 HP and similar torque, not a real street killer shruggy
