Situation:
416 stroker small block, 458 hp on dyno, aluminum heads, headers. 190 degree thermostat, Mezeire electric water pump, 26 inch Be Cool aluminum radiator, 50/50 antifreeze mix. Less than 100 miles on motor, 16 inch electric fan on outside of radiator on a shroud pulling air from engine compartment.

Took it out for a run Sunday, ambient temperature 96 degrees and within 20 minutes temperature gauge went to 210 and stayed for a while then started to creep up. Thinking the following:
-Engine still a little tight should wait for a while for things to loosen up.
-with just a 16 inch opening for the fan and the shroud covering most of the radiator I made a mistake and should have used twin fan set up or remove shroud and stick with 16 inch fan. Car ran great back in January with no overheating, Switch to EVANS cooling solution? Any help greatly appreciated Thank you!
