I just cut the housing in my cut off saw... I
know it cuts square .. just have to set it up
level... turn it on and walk away

On axle if they need a trim...I chuck them up in
the lathe ans SLOW turn them then use my die grinder
that I have a jig made up for to hold it and turn it
in slowly.. might take 5 minutes for the axle.. then
I give them a little bevel on the end
On the die grinder I 90% of the time use .040
X 4" cut off wheels...love those wheels
