For a build that you are discussing, any of the kits from Summit, Jegs or Mopar specific vendors like Mancini, Hughes should work and be relatively affordable. Lifters alone could be done, but a lifter and cam kit would be the way to go, IMHO. I know you will spend twice as much time and cost if one goes bad because its on the wrong lobe. You will need to take everything apart, clean out the metal shavings, new gaskets and seals, and a new cam and lifters anyways. And hopefully the metal will not get into bearings and other parts. Been there, done that, no interest in doing it again. I would just replace cam and lifters.
