Somebody was wheelin this in the Optima at Road Ameriica last weekend, anybody know who it was?

Not enough.
Hence why I asked.
In fairness, with only the attached pic, he might have just overcooked the turn and launched the car off the inner curbing, in which case he's running not enough driver.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
