I use these weights. They are approximately 10 lbs each and are bolted to the rear most trunk floor through the frame rails.
Stuck down the middle of the weights is a T Handle I made to change up to 160 lbs of weight in a couple of minutes.
I bought the complete weight bench setup from Habitat for Humanity for next to nothing for the weights.
