According to the dealer data book;

The 440 track pak/super track pak did not have "maximum cooling", they had "'high performance radiator" (as the OP shows above).

The "maximum cooling" was only available as part of the A35 "trailer towing package", which was not available with a manual transmission (shown below).

IMO, you cannot compare an A12 to a "regular" B body 440 car (as mentioned above by Dan).

Also, the 440 track pak cars got the "055" rad, not the "054".
